These towel rails come pre-filled with thermal fluid. The element will arrive separately and must be fitted by an electrician. Please ensure that you have both the heater and the element before booking a contractor. The element can be fitted in either side of the rail.
Radiators and towel rails for bathrooms, cloakrooms and wet rooms must be professionally installed by a qualified electrician and not sold as a DIY product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.
The fitted depth of this towel rail is 105mm.
Please note: open windows, extractor fans and covering a towel rail can all impact the heater’s ability to warm a space effectively. Room humidity may also decrease the heat output of your electric towel rail, reducing its effectiveness as a towel dryer.
Warranty
The Ecostrad Cube Thermostatic Towel Rails come with a 5 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the towel rail and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the element itself.

The Ecostrad Cube Thermostatic Towel Rail is pre-filled with heat retentive oil which provides an even distribution of warmth across the body of the heater. Fitted with a precise digital thermostat, the Cube accurately regulates temperature on your behalf, ensuring that your room is never underheated or overheated. This energy efficient towel rail also features a sophisticated timer function which allows you to pre-set the heater in advance, so you can dry your towels for a specific time period (between 1-5 hours). When the towels are dry, the heater will automatically switch off, eliminating the need for manual adjustment – an intuitive tool that promotes efficiency.
User-Friendly Digital Control
For optimal heat management, this electric towel rail ticks all the boxes. Its thermostatic element comes with a built-in LED screen which displays the temperature clearly so you can easily monitor and adjust your heating. There’s also a convenient control pad which consists of an ON/OFF function, +/- buttons to easily adjust the temperature and a timer function so you can program your heating for a set period of time. Easy to use and energy efficient, the Cube is perfect for heating your bathroom as well as drying your towels.
Installation
The Ecostrad Cube Thermostatic Towel Rail must be hardwired and wall mounted by a qualified electrician – usually a quick and straightforward task for a professional.
This towel rail also comes with IP44 Rating for protection against splashing water so can be safely installed in a bathroom or kitchen, providing the room meets the requirements stated in the manufacturer’s guideline.
A 5 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty is guaranteed with this heater, as well as a separate 2 Year Warranty on the heating element.
