The Moda Jazz Oil Filled Portable Radiator comes with a fitted UK plug, making it suitable for easy DIY installation. All fittings needed for freestanding installation are included as standard. Simply attach the castor wheels and arc bracket provided to the bottom of the radiator, securing them with a wing nut. Full instructions can be found in the manual.
The Moda Jazz has an IP00 rating which does not protect it from the ingress of water. This means it cannot be used in bathrooms or any other spaces close to a water source, as there is the temptation to hang towels over the appliance to dry, which can obstruct ventilation on the heater and cause a hazard.
The Moda Jazz seamlessly combines style, affordability, and ease of use. With its eye-catching retro design and stylish matte finish in a deep slate grey, this radiator is not just a functional addition but a statement piece for any space.
Equipped with 9 curved fins, the Moda Jazz efficiently distributes heat across the radiator, ensuring fast-acting cosiness throughout your space. Acting as a supplementary heat source, it's primed to deliver on-demand warmth separately from your main heating system or as a top-up heater for hard-to-heat spaces. The built-in handle and attachable castor wheels allow for effortless mobility, giving you the flexibility to place it wherever warmth is needed most. Stylish and efficient, it comes with a handy cable tidy for when the radiator’s not in use, and a tilt switch that automatically turns off the Jazz if it were to get knocked over, providing total peace of mind.
With simple plug-in and go, there’s no need for extra apps or controllers – everything you need to program the Jazz is on the radiator itself. Featuring a discreet heating indicator and two rose gold dials that stylishly complement the Jazz’s dark matte finish, heat your space to your specification with the adjustable thermostat and three power levels. Whether you prefer gentle warmth or a quick boost of heat, the Jazz caters to your preferences with simplicity and style.
The thermostat provides seamless temperature adjustment, allowing you to regulate the warmth from low to high. Not only is it cost-efficient, it intelligently shuts off when it senses the desired room temperature has been achieved, only turning back on to top up the heat. With a thermal cut-off at 75 °C, you never have to worry about the Jazz overheating, ensuring set-and-forget heating that doesn’t cost the earth.
For ultimate control over your comfort and energy usage, the power level dial allows you to choose from three distinct wattages to suit the needs of your space: 800w, 1200w & 2000w. The higher the wattage, the quicker the Jazz heats up – guaranteeing on-demand warmth in a pinch.
Designed for hassle-free installation, the Moda Jazz comes with a built-in handle and easily attachable castor wheels – simply plug in and enjoy the warmth whenever you need it. As a supplementary heat source, it cannot be hardwired to the mains, and an IP00 protection rating means the Moda Jazz is unsuitable for installation in bathrooms or any areas near a water source.
